Last updated: 9 April 2026
These terms of use, together with the documents referred to on this page, set out the terms on which you may use www.companiesgarden.com (our site), whether as a guest or as a registered user. Please read them carefully before you start to use the site. By using our site, you confirm that you accept these terms and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree, please do not use our site.
Information about us
CompaniesGarden.com is operated by Eventual Technology Limited. If you need to contact us, please use our contact form or email info@companiesgarden.com.
Accessing our site
Access to our site is provided on an “as available” basis. We may suspend, withdraw, discontinue, or change all or any part of our site without notice. We do not guarantee that our site, or any content on it, will always be available or uninterrupted.
From time to time we may restrict access to some parts of the site, or the entire site, to registered users or company page administrators.
If you choose, or are provided with, a password or any other security information, you must treat it as confidential and must not disclose it to any third party. We may disable your account or credentials at any time if, in our reasonable opinion, you have failed to comply with these terms.
You are responsible for making all arrangements necessary for you to access our site and for ensuring that anyone who uses the site through your internet connection is aware of these terms and complies with them.
Accounts, company pages, and user submissions
Our site may allow you to create an account, save companies to your senses, submit corrections, or claim and administer a company page. You are responsible for ensuring that any information you submit is accurate, lawful, and not misleading.
If you submit, upload, or publish any material on our site, you confirm that you have the right to do so. We may review, reject, edit, or remove submissions, corrections, claims, or other user content at our discretion.
Claiming or administering a company page does not give you ownership of the site or of the page itself. We may suspend or revoke company page administration access where we reasonably believe it is necessary to protect the integrity of the platform, users, or affected businesses.
Intellectual property rights
We are the owner or licensee of all intellectual property rights in our site and in the material published on it, except where content is clearly attributed to third parties. Those works are protected by copyright and related laws. All such rights are reserved.
You may print one copy of pages from our site and may download extracts for your personal, non-commercial reference. You must not modify downloaded or printed materials, use graphics separately from accompanying text, or remove any copyright or attribution notices.
You must not use any part of the materials on our site for commercial purposes without obtaining permission from us or our licensors.
Reliance on information posted
CompaniesGarden contains a mixture of public registry data, discovered public web data, user-submitted information, and editorial or automated summaries. The site is intended for general information only and does not amount to advice. You should not rely on site content as a substitute for your own checks, due diligence, or professional advice.
Our site changes regularly
We may update and change our site from time to time. Although we aim to keep information reasonably current, we do not guarantee that all content is accurate, complete, or up to date at all times.
Our liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all implied conditions, warranties, representations, or other terms that may apply to our site or any content on it.
We will not be liable to any user for any loss or damage, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, arising under or in connection with:
- use of, or inability to use, our site;
- use of or reliance on any content displayed on our site;
- loss of profits, sales, business, or revenue;
- business interruption;
- loss of anticipated savings;

Information about you and your visits to our site
We process personal data in accordance with our privacy policy. By using our site, you acknowledge that such processing may take place and you confirm that any data you provide is accurate.
Paid plans, billing, and cancellation
Where paid plans are offered, prices are shown on the pricing page before checkout. Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe unless otherwise stated at the point of purchase.
You can contact us at info@companiesgarden.com or through the contact page for billing help, cancellation requests, access issues, or refund questions. If a paid feature is unavailable due to a technical issue, please contact us so we can investigate and resolve the issue.
Refunds are considered case by case. If you believe you were charged in error, could not access a paid feature because of a technical problem, or forgot to cancel a renewal, contact us within 14 days of the charge and we will review the request fairly. We may decline refund requests where the paid service has been used heavily, where the request appears abusive, or where payment provider rules prevent a refund.

Whenever you use a feature that allows you to upload, submit, correct, or publish material to our site, or to contact other users or companies through the site, you must comply with the content standards in the acceptable use policy below.
Any material you submit to our site will be treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary, although personal data will still be handled in line with our privacy policy.
